Are you a skilled maintenance professional—or someone eager to become one—looking for an opportunity to grow your career? Radmonski Electric is hiring for multiple roles on our maintenance team: Electrician Mechanic, Electrician Helper, and Junior Mechanic.
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join us in maintaining, repairing, and installing complex electrical and mechanical equipment. You will play a crucial role in minimizing downtime and ensuring the reliable, safe operation of our facility's machinery.
The Roles & Required Experience
We are hiring candidates at the following experience levels:
Role Title
Minimum Required Experience
Electrician Mechanic
5+ years of direct experience
Junior Mechanic
2-3 years of direct experience
Electrician Helper
2+ years of previous experience in a related industrial or trade helper capacity
Core Responsibilities (Applicable to All Levels)
The ideal candidate will have experience in this field as a mechanic and electrician in the maintenance, repair, and installation of complex electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM): Execute PM schedules on electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, conveyors, pumps, and facility utilities.
- Troubleshoot and Repair: Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues (e.g., wiring, controls, sensors, PLCs) and mechanical failures (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes).
- Installation: Install and test new electrical and mechanical equipment under supervision (or independently, based on experience level).
- Documentation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and document all repair work.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures and company standards.
- Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
General Qualifications
Required for All Roles:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Completed technical/vocational certification/degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field OR the required years of experience listed above.
- Basic knowledge of electrical principles (AC/DC voltage, circuits, motors).
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems (power transmission, bearings, coupling alignment).
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Preferred (Especially for Mechanic Roles):
- Working knowledge of 480V three-phase systems.
- Experience using various power and hand tools specific to the trade.
