Mama Bird Southern Kitchen is looking for a Front of House (FOH) Manager to join our West Jordan team! As our FOH Manager, you’ll lead all front-of-house operations and help create an exceptional dining experience every time our guests walk through the door.

Pay Rate:
$52,000 - 58,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee FOH operations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
- Motivate and manage servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff
- Maintain high service standards and exceptional guest experiences
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and warmth
- Create daily floor plans, manage shift staffing, and support scheduling
- Coordinate smoothly with BOH leadership during busy periods
- Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming dining environment
- Train and develop FOH team members
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and administrative tasks
- Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with Toast POS systems and basic administrative tasks
