Event Manager – Shopper Rewards Activation Program
Location: Duluth, MN
Pay Rate: $27.00/hr
Dates:
- Tuesday, December 1st: Zoom Training (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
- Saturday, December 6th: Activation (9:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Saturday, December 13th: Activation (9:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
ATN Event Staffing is seeking an organized Event Manager to oversee a small team of Brand Ambassadors for a fun and engaging Mall Rewards Program activation. This interactive promotion will invite shoppers to sign up for the mall’s loyalty program, receive a gift and enjoy exclusive perks.
As the onsite manager, you’ll ensure smooth event execution, provide team leadership, and help create a positive, memorable experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onsite Brand Ambassadors and act as the primary point of contact.
- Oversee setup and breakdown of a light, simple kiosk and activation area.
- Stock the activation site with shopper incentives and promotional items.
- Assist shoppers with scanning QR codes and signing up for the Rewards Program.
- Distribute complimentary gifts to registered shoppers.
- Encourage participation and engagement through photo moments and interactive elements.
- Schedule staff breaks, check staff in and out, and submit daily recaps.
IMPORTANT requirement for this role: A fully "cleared" background check which will be conducted by our agency through a quick and simple submission process (cost is covered by ATN with no fee to candidate).
