Showing Agent Opportunity
At Keller Williams OC Luxury, who you work with matters. We are looking for a licensed Showing Agent who wants to learn to build a successful real estate career while earning rewarding commissions in a collaborative, growth-minded environment.
You will work alongside top producers by showing properties, hosting open houses, and guiding clients through the home search journey. Through direct coaching, step-by-step mentorship, and daily exposure to real-world transactions, you will learn to open escrow quickly and develop lasting confidence in your business.
With clear systems, accountability, and a supportive culture, you will have everything you need to grow into a producing agent and build long-term success in real estate.
First year commission earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+

Compensation:
$140,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
- Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
- Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
- Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
- Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
Qualifications:
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
- Real estate license required
