Job DescriptionTRC Talent Solutions is looking for an Order Management Specialist for our client in Atlanta, GA! Primary Purpose: Reinforce and support the customer relationship and support the sales order process by performing the following duties with diligence.

Job Requirements:

Receive and confirm new purchase orders via e-mail and customer portals when applicable.

Verify pricing, availability, and past due history prior to issuing order confirmation.

Manage and schedule shipment of orders to meet requested delivery date.

Life cycle management of Sales Orders.

Purchase orders for imported materials.
-
Order invoicing with proper review of BOL and shipping document.

Provide clear, consistent, courteous, and concise communication.

Work together with Sales Managers to support the sales process as required by client.

Collaborate with team members and external departments as needed to perform all duties and tasks as assigned or delegated.
Qualifications:

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Previous experience in customer service, sales, and order management in and office setting
-
Minimum of 3-5 years of SAP and Supply Chain
