We are looking for an experienced litigator to support our busy, well-respected boutique law firm in Mission Valley on a contract basis. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and writing skills and have 3 or more years of civil litigation experience (including pleading and motion writing; taking and defending depositions; attending mediations and Mandatory Settlement Conferences; and state or federal bench/jury trials, administrative hearings, or binding arbitrations).
- Our firm has been in business for nearly thirty years. Our practice is comprised of approximately 50% employment litigation, 20% real estate litigation, 15-20% small business litigation, and 10-15% family law, personal injury, and general civil litigation.
- Pay is negotiable, commensurate with experience.
- Though this is a remote position, applicants should be located in the San Diego area.
