What Youll Do:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads
• Promote our agencys services and schedule appointments for our agents
• Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and client information
• Provide excellent customer service and represent our agency professionally

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Basic computer skills and reliable internet connection
• Previous telemarketing or sales experience a plus, but not required
