- Provide detailed estimates for repair work and communicate timelines effectively.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the repair process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of auto service repair processes and terminology.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus; familiarity with auto estimating software is preferred.
