We are seeking a new member to add to our Warehouse team. Our 500,000 square foot newly renovated warehouse is located in Marion, South Carolina. Are you ready to be a part of something amazing?


Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This leadership role involves supervising warehouse staff, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting fulfillment, receiving, inventory, and shipping functions.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff across receiving, inventory, picking/packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all warehouse functions.
  • Monitor workflow and productivity, making adjustments as needed to meet performance targets and deadlines.
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members; coach existing staff to build skills and maintain standards.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and assist with cycle counts and reconciliation processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with logistics, customer service, and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues to minimize delays or disruptions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse and ensure proper handling of equipment and materials.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse operations, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and strong understanding of inventory processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working in a physically active role, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with WMS or ERP software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred but not required.
