Gradient is hiring a Full-time Specimen Collection Technician to join our team!
Key Details:
- Pay: $19.73/hour
- Location: You will rotate between our Clackamas and Jubitz (N. PDX)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am 5 pm (must be available to work 1-2 Saturday shifts/month, 8 am 2 pm)

Other qualifications include:
- High school diploma
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software and aptitude for learning new software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or customer-facing administrative roles
- Valid drivers license, reliable transportation (you must be able to commute between our two locations as needed), and vehicle insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (including THC)
What Youll Do: This position is critical to our mission of safeguarding the public that means everyone who travels by road, rail, air, or sea. By helping operators earn a living, you are also contributing to the safety of the traveling public across multiple modes of transportation. Your work plays a crucial role in preventing accidents and is indispensable to the jobs made possible by our transportation infrastructure.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure the process of collecting urine, saliva, hair, or breath is performed with integrity
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and check in participants
- Invoice or collect payment for services
- Restock supplies
- Keep track of multiple tasks
- Complete documentation thoroughly and accurately
- Check in with the team to offer additional support when needed
