Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN Newburgh, IN
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Newburgh, Indiana. This position is ideal for nurses who are confident in managing complex patient needs in a fast-paced, telemetry-monitored unit.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients on a combined Med Surg/Telemetry unit

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize abnormal findings

• Administer medications and manage IV therapies

• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the EMR system

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe and effective care

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Indiana or compact state

• Minimum 1-2 years of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience

• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)

• Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation

• Stg communication and critical thinking skills
