Job Details
- Pay: $50,000–$60,000 annually (negotiable based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
- Location: On-site in Plymouth Meeting, PA

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate all aspects of real estate purchase closings
- Communicate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to ensure timely and accurate closings
- Prepare and review settlement statements, closing disclosures, and affidavits
- Approve disbursements in accordance with contracts and legal requirements
- Collaborate with post-closing teams to ensure proper recording and policy issuance
- Resolve document deficiencies and obtain curative documents as needed
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and service expectations
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in title or closing (national purchase experience preferred)
- Familiarity with ResWare or similar closing software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
