TEMPORARY POSITION
The Phillip Charles Group has been servicing the local metro Detroit area for the past 30 years and has built incredibly strong partnerships with our clients, candidates, and employees. We have worked with our current client for years and they are looking for a Receptionist role based out of their Dearborn, MI. location
Receptionist Job Duties:
- Operate a multi-line, high volume telephone system
- Scan documents and send to relevant parties
- Manage the input and updating of data into company databases
- Working within Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Responsible for document control
- Clerical duties as needed
- Speaking with clients through email and over the phone
8:30AM – 5:00PM Monday – Friday $18/hr
Receptionist Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple incoming lines
- Experience with handling high-volume call flow
- Previous office experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
