You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Compensation:
$129,000+ at plan yearly
Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
- Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
- Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
Qualifications:
- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
- Willing to commit time to make yourself the best agent possible
- Able to be held accountable and follow up with all leads
- A cell phone and a laptop computer are needed
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Self-motivated
- Full-time real estate agents: 40+ Hours a week
- Utilize and maintain your CRM
- Superb communication with team lead, cooperative agents, support staff, and clients
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Be coachable
- Be accountable
