What Youll Do

In this phone-based, relationship-focused role, your veterinary background becomes your superpower. Youll be a trusted resource for clinicssupporting them with confidence, compassion, and product knowledge that only someone with real vet experience can offer.

You will:

  • Serve as a knowledgeable partner for veterinarians and staff, confidently discussing product benefits and patient use-cases.
  • Educate and promote Axiom Directs growing portfolio of nutritional and topical therapies.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to process orders, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer care.
  • Support clinics in accessing and maintaining product distributiondirectly or through platforms such as Vetcove.com.
  • Recommend products to enhance patient care and strengthen clinical outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot product concerns and answer technical questions drawing from your veterinary experience.
  • Document adverse events and ensure accurate, compliant reporting.
  • Investigate issues and provide solutions that strengthen clinic relationships.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through trusted, consultative conversations.


What You Bring

  • Veterinary industry experience is required (2+ years in a veterinary clinic, animal health sales, or similar environment).
  • A compassionate, client-service mindset with a genuine love for pets.
  • A warm, professional phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly with clinic staff.
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a supportive team.
  • Persistence, patience, and an entrepreneurial approach to learning and growth.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Adobe PDF editing is helpful.
  • Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not requiredyour veterinary background matters most.
