Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring an experienced 1st shift Soft Gel Compounder Operator in Carlsbad, Ca.
Daily Overtime
As a Compounder you will:
- Operate and monitor mixing equipment to prepare softgel fill material in accordance with batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Accurately measure, and verify ingredients to ensure they meet specified quality ranges.
- Follow detailed compounding procedures step-by-step to maintain product integrity and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Report any deviations, equipment malfunctions, or material issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Support setup and cleanup of compounding equipment as needed.
This is a full time opportunity
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of measurement systems and equipment operation.
- Availability to work a 4/10 schedule Monday to Thursday 4:00 am to 2:30 pm
Pay Rate: $19.00-20.00/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
