- Shifts: 3x12-hour shifts per week (rotating Days: 07:00–19:00 & Nights: 19:00–07:00)\n

- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1910 - $1960\n
- Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics\n
- Unit Size: 36 beds\n
- Weekend Coverage: Required\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state\n
- At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience\n
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)\n
- Ability to complete PA fingerprinting and Childline process promptly upon contract signing\n
- Willingness to complete required lab work within 72 hours of contract signing\n
- First-time travel nurses welcome!\n
- No local candidates (must reside more than 50 miles from facility)\n
\n\nMed/Surg RN Responsibilities\n

- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on a 36-bed Med/Surg unit\n
- Manage patient ratios of 5:1 (days) and 6:1 (nights)\n
- Perform and document patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress\n
- Utilize clinical skills such as IV insertion, central/PICC line management, telemetry monitoring, and post-hemodialysis care\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Pharmacy\n
- Respond to rapid response and code situations as needed\n
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and isolation precautions\n
- Support patients and families with education and compassionate care throughout their hospital stay\n
