Technical Systems Trainer

Ready to join a leading Global Pool Service franchise?Our client is seeking a dedicated Technical Systems Trainer to enhance the operational efficiency of their franchise network. This pivotal role focuses on training and onboarding franchise partners, their staff, and corporate teams to ensure optimal use of proprietary systems. The position also provides ongoing support through on-site training, virtual assistance, and management of the support desk, contributing to the seamless operation and growth of the franchise network.

To succeed, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in technical training, software support, or systems education.
  • Solid knowledge of ERP, POS, field management, order/warehouse management, payment systems, and small business processes, including accounting and inventory management.
  • Solid teaching and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences in classroom and online settings.
  • Solid problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage confidential information professionally and work effectively under pressure.

Your essential duties and responsibilities as the Technical Systems Trainer will include:

  • Onboard and train franchise partners and teams through in-person, virtual, and ongoing support sessions, including development of training materials and strategies.
  • Manage system setup and configuration, including data migration, hardware setup, and level-one system configuration.
  • Oversee support operations, including managing support desk tickets and coordinating with offshore teams.
  • Develop and maintain training resources and communications, ensuring manuals, procedures, and virtual content are current and accessible.
  • Collaborate on system improvements and product support, including user feedback, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and identifying enhancement opportunities.
