Salary: $100K-$160K (salary depends on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent or Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and construction management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise electrical construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades to facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and reports, providing updates to stakeholders as necessary.
  • Ensure that all electrical work is performed in accordance with NEC standards and local codes.
  • Participate in project meetings and collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and electricians on site.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Ground up electrical experience with some combination of Commercial, K12, Hospitals, Retail, Data Center, Manufacturing, Warehouses, Hospitality, Light Commercial
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in electrical construction.
