Compensation:
$60,000–$75,000 base salary (depending on experience)
+ 2% commission on new business premium generated from marketing leads
+ Quarterly performance bonus incentives based on lead and production goals
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week) | On-site preferred (Tampa, FL)

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Growth Manager who’s ready to take the bull by the horns and build a scalable marketing engine from the ground up — someone who can blend creativity, analytics, and accountability to help Elite become the #1 name in Florida commercial insurance.

The Role

You’ll be the first full-time marketing hire at Elite Business Insurance — leading all marketing activity, from paid advertising and SEO to brand presence and content creation.

This is a performance-driven role — if your marketing efforts bring in new policies and revenue, you’ll be rewarded for it.

Key Responsibilities

Weekly (Ongoing)

  • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns to generate inbound commercial insurance leads.

  • Develop and maintain conversion-focused landing pages and funnels.

  • Manage and grow Elite’s Google Business Profile, improve local rankings, and increase review volume.

  • Write and publish SEO-driven blog content and build local backlinks.

  • Create and manage short-form social content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) showcasing Elite’s expertise and brand.

  • Send email campaigns and retargeting sequences to re-engage inactive prospects and cross-sell existing clients.

  • Track and report weekly KPIs: ad spend, leads, cost per lead, conversion rate, organic growth metrics, and ROI.

  • Coordinate with agency leadership to align campaigns with sales goals and service priorities.

Monthly / Quarterly

  • Deliver clear, data-backed growth reports with performance insights and next steps.

  • Optimize strategy based on lead quality, closing ratios, and market trends.

  • Build scalable marketing systems that can be expanded as the agency grows.

Success Metrics

  • Generate consistent 10–20 qualified inbound commercial leads per week.

  • Maintain cost per lead under $150 across channels.

  • Help achieve $1M+ in new annualized premium in the first 12 months through marketing-generated business.

  • Improve local SEO visibility and rank on page one for key terms like “Commercial Insurance Tampa” and “Business Insurance Florida.”

  • HubSpot or equivalent CRM for tracking and ROI reporting

Compensation Breakdown

  • Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000/year

  • Performance Bonus: 2% of all new business premium generated from marketing leads

  • Quarterly Bonus Incentives: Based on achieving production, lead, and ROI targets

  • Total Compensation Potential: $100K+ annually with results
