Job Summary

Classic Pools of Naples is seeking a highly skilled, senior-level Marketing Director/Growth Manager with advanced expertise in digital marketing, funnel development, analytics, brand strategy, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans with detailed KPIs.

  • Build viral marketing campaigns and strong digital storytelling.

  • Create and manage full-funnel lead systems (TOF/MOF/BOF → MQL → SQL).

  • Manage all media channels: paid, organic, earned, social, and shared.

  • Oversee brand positioning, brand intelligence, and creative direction.

  • Optimize budget allocation based on CAC, ROAS, and performance metrics.

  • Build unified KPI dashboards across CRM, analytics, and automation tools.

  • Lead PR and regional/local marketing communications.

  • Develop and manage the company's MarTech stack.

  • Oversee SEO, social media marketing, CRO, and AI-based optimization.

  • Manage in-house design, creative, and content marketing.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years in senior marketing roles (construction, home improvement, luxury services preferred).

  • Expert-level knowledge of:

    • Google Analytics 4 — Certification required

    • Meta Ads / Meta Business Suite — Certification required

    • SEO, SMM, CRO

    • Funnel architecture & lead generation

    • KPI ecosystems and performance analytics

  • Demonstrated experience scaling revenue through structured growth engines.
