We are currently recruiting for a Support Services Coordinator to increase student accessibility and inclusion within our Out of School Time (OST) programs.
This position is full-time and based at our Fox Chase office location
Minimum starting salary - $20.30/hour (approximately $42,220/yr)

In addition, as a Support Services Coordinator your duties will include:
- Creating accessible programs for all students to participate in OST programs
- Promoting an inclusive program culture at the site level by recommending trainings and resources for program staff
- Supporting Site Directors/OST Managers in developing training plans for staff to ensure provision of appropriate trainings in SEL, Behavior Management, Differentiated Learning, etc.
- Identifying the needs and resources available in the community, completing resource mapping, and developing a resource directory to connect families to resources within the school and community
- Conducting intake interviews to assess the needs of the students, either during the registration process or as referred by the Site Director or Parent/Guardian
- Developing and implementing support plans for students to ensure engagement in programs
- Documenting all outreach and student progress using case notes
- Assisting students’ families with registration for services/support through external service providers, when appropriate
- Supporting site director(s) with family engagement and outreach
- Completing other tasks, projects and assignments as directed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services or related discipline
- Experience working with or providing services to children, families, or individuals with disabilities through care coordination or case management preferably in a school/day program setting working with students, facilitating meetings and working in groups
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to establish and maintain positive, productive working relationships internally and with those external to CORA (students, families, teachers, other providers, etc.)
- Proficient with Office 365 applications
