Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and manage the entire warehouse facility, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This role involves leading the warehouse team, optimizing processes, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and maintain accurate record-keeping to avoid stockouts and maintain order accuracy.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety, and handling regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize space utilization, enhance productivity, and improve overall operations.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs), prepare operational reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve issues related to damaged goods, shipment discrepancies, and operational inefficiencies.
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (NetSuite Preferred) and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse management, operations management, or as a warehouse supervisor or lead.

Work Environment
This role operates in a warehouse setting with standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required. Opportunities for overtime are available. The environment emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficiency.

This is a Permanent position based out of East Weymouth, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.
