Quality Supervisor | Walker, MI
Salary Range: $67,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train quality inspection personnel and technicians.
- Oversee all quality control activities, including incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances, customer complaints, and root causes.
- Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO).
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and prepare reports on key quality metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities
- Proficiency in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis)
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and mentoring staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience conducting internal or external quality system audits (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data analysis
- Project management experience leading continuous improvement initiatives
