Matthew 25 AIDS Services is a non-profit healthcare clinic that specializes in the treatment of HIV/AIDS.

Overview:
The Case Management Assistant will perform various administrative and supportive tasks related to Matthew 25s Indiana Ryan White Part B program as well as enrolling patients into the Indiana Part B program. This position requires the ability to be responsible for performing support services duties on a professional level, a high level of attention to detail and works closely with Community Services and the Case Management team in supporting the needs of the communities we serve.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelors degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, nursing, or related field is preferred. Candidates with case management experience of two years or more will also be considered as viable applicants.
- S/he should have a basic knowledge of medical case management principles
- Experience working in a nonprofit organization or a strong desire to work in service driven environment.
