We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in preparing quality, consistent dishes, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute menu items with attention to detail and consistency

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high food standards

Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Passion for food and a commitment to providing great guest experiences
Skills:
- Basic cooking skills: Familiarity with various cooking techniques and methods.
- Knife skills: Ability to safely and efficiently chop, slice, and dice ingredients.
- Understanding of food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Teamwork and communication: Ability to work effectively with other kitchen staff and follow instructions.
- Ability to work under pressure: Maintaining composure and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift weights, and move around the kitchen.
