We are seeking a Assistant Construction Coordinator to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Update project status
- Building permit applications
- Schedule building inspections
- Assist with invoice processing
- Assist with customer updates
- Attend production meetings
- Support construction field managers
- Project document management
Qualifications:
- Strong Organizational Skills and time management abilities
- High Attention to Detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excel in a fast paced environment
- Collaborative team player
- Quick Study
- Eagerness to Learn
- Residential Construction Experience preferred but Not Required
