We are seeking a Assistant Construction Coordinator to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Update project status
  • Building permit applications
  • Schedule building inspections
  • Assist with invoice processing
  • Assist with customer updates
  • Attend production meetings
  • Support construction field managers
  • Project document management


Qualifications:

  • Strong Organizational Skills and time management abilities
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excel in a fast paced environment
  • Collaborative team player
  • Quick Study
  • Eagerness to Learn
  • Residential Construction Experience preferred but Not Required
