We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Specialist to assist customers through live chat on our website and e-commerce channels. You’ll answer product questions, help resolve basic order issues, and deliver clear, professional support to our customers in real time.
Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat

Assist with product information, order status, and site navigation

Record and categorize customer inquiries in the support system

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department

Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all communications

Support team performance goals through consistent engagement
Qualifications

1+ year of experience in customer service or chat support

Strong written communication and multitasking abilities

Familiarity with platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus

Ability to work independently and follow scripted workflows
