Outdoor Dimensions is a full-service signage manufacturer specializing in design, fabrication, and installation for multifamily, commercial, and large-scale development projects. We are seeking a Junior Contracts Associate to join our team and support contract administration and billing activities across multiple projects.

About the Role

The Junior Contracts Associate plays a key role in helping manage client and vendor contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with project requirements. This position works closely with the sales, project management, and accounting teams to track contract progress, verify supporting documentation, and ensure billing is processed accurately and on time.

What Youll Do

  • Review and assist in negotiating client and vendor contracts, proposals, and amendments.
  • Support the preparation of contracts, change orders, and related correspondence.
  • Track performance, deadlines, and deliverables to maintain compliance with contract terms.
  • Coordinate contract approvals, signatures, and distribution.
  • Verify that all insurance certificates, bonds, and compliance documents are current and properly filed.
  • Support monthly progress billing and invoicing in line with contract schedules.
  • Reconcile billings with project managers to confirm scope and milestone completion.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical contract records.
  • Research contract requirements, legal updates, and industry practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Assist in resolving contract-related questions or documentation requests.
  • Participate in company and departmental meetings and uphold company core values.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 23 years of experience in contract administration, billing, or a related role within construction or manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of contract law principles, lien releases, and insurance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills with the ability to interpret complex contract terms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Work Environment

This position is primarily office-based with a moderate noise level. Occasional visits to production or installation sites may be required to verify project documentation or coordinate with operations.
