We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become part of our 20 attorney law practice. The ideal candidate will be an excellent writer with an interest in litigation who can work in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:

<li>Represent clients in court</li>
<li>Prepare and draft legal motions and evaluate legal matters</li>
<li>Advise clients on legal matters</li>
<li>Negotiate settlements for legal disputes</li>
<li>Attend depositions and hearings on a regular basis</li>
