Commercial HVAC Foreman – Construction
We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead commercial installation projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
HVAC Foreman Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise HVAC crews on commercial construction sites
- Ensure work meets code, specs, and safety standards
- Coordinate with PMs, subcontractors, and other trades
- Troubleshoot system issues; review plans and blueprints
- Order/manage materials; train and mentor team members
HVAC Foreman Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- Prior leadership or foreman role in construction
- Strong knowledge of ductwork, piping, and controls
- OSHA 10/30 preferred; valid license and transportation
- Able to read blueprints and work in physical conditions
Preferred:
- HVAC certifications or apprenticeship program
- Experience with BMS systems
