Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Inventory and Fulfillment Manager. This role plays a vital part in bringing comfort to grieving pet families through precise order fulfillment, personalized memorial products, and heartfelt customer care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and thrives in a hands-on management role within a mission-driven environment. Work schedule for this role involves five 8-hour shifts per week. We are open Monday through Saturday, 8am-6pm so there is some flexibility to choose specific hours and days worked.
What You’ll Do
Family Interaction & Support
- Communicate with pet families in a compassionate, professional, and timely manner.
- Assist with special requests related to pet memorialization and personalization.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Accurately process and fulfill orders for pet cremains, keepsakes, and memorial products.
- Prepare and package shipments with exceptional care to ensure safe delivery.
Operational Support
- Maintain detailed records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions.
- Support inventory management for memorial products and shipping supplies.
- Follow all safety protocols for handling cremation remains and memorial products.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of Inventory, Packaging, and Fulfillment experience in a manufacturing or online retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact with grieving families with empathy and professionalism.
- Comfort working in a pet aftercare environment.
- Proficiency with computers and order management systems.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
