Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or CFY)Job Details:

<li>Location: Arlington, VA</li>
<li>Position Type: Full-time, Contract</li>
<li>Dates: January Start - End of 2025 School Year</li>
<li>Caseload: K-12th</li>
<li>Salary: $40-$60 (will negotiate)</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Conduct speech and language assessments and provide therapy to students with communication disorders.</li>
<li>Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educators and families.</li>
<li>Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.</li>
<li>Work closely with teachers and school staff to support students' educational needs.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.</li>
<li>Current state licensure (ASHA certification).</li>
<li>Experience in school settings is a plus, but not required.</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li>
</ul>
