A K-12 school in Hillsboro, OR, is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support student communication and language development. This full-time, hybrid position offers a blend of in-person engagement with flexibility for remote work components, serving a diverse student population within the Northwest Regional Educational Service District (NWRESD).

Key Qualifications:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) preferred; Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Valid School SLP credential or eligibility
  • Experience working with school-aged children (K-12)
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills for a variety of speech and language disorders
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Location:

  • Hillsboro, Oregon, within the NWRESD, specifically serving the Tillamook area

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services addressing communication delays or disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress notes
  • Participate in team meetings and student support planning
