Office Tasks:
- Be present in the office daily.
- Assist the Office manager with assigned tasks
- Maintain a clean and professional office presentation.
- Collect, store, and distribute incoming packages.
- Check, collect, and distribute daily mail.
- Order, track, and maintain office supplies and break room snacks.
- Maintain required compliance and license posters; ensure they are up-to-date and properly displayed.
- Support partners and vendors with company events.
- Answer the door and coordinate external visits.
- Schedule and assist with office support vendors as needed.
- Interact with office staff provide general admin support as needed.

- Coordinate required maintenance and facility improvements with the landlord property management.
Billing Tasks:
- Support designated Project manager(s) with administrative functions and processes.
- Issue Client invoiced in a timely manner.
- Manage work-in-progress (WIP) for projects.
- Track and manage subconsultant and project-related expenses.
- Issue recurring reports to Project Managers(s).
- Maintain accurate and updated records of clients and projects.
- Assist with invoice collections.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable function.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of project billing experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication and writing skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge in Microsoft applications and Microsoft Cloud environment.
