Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make an impact supporting 7th–12th grade students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist in an engaging school setting. Help foster communication skills in a supportive environment near the Blanding area. This role offers part-time flexibility, with services delivered two days each week—ideally Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid CCC-SLP certification required
- Previous experience with school-aged children or adolescents preferred
- Comfortable working with a caseload of 7th–12th grade students
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an SLP in Utah
- Proficient in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and individualized therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with school teams and families
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes according to district and state requirements
- Support students both in-person and through teletherapy as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Educate and consult with educators and parents regarding strategies for classroom and home support
