We're Austin Country Club, and we're hiring a full-time Country Club Golf Starter to join our team in Austin, TX!
HERE'S THE DEAL:
Pay:
- $19 per hour
Schedule:
- You will work shifts ranging from 8 to 10 hours, Tuesday through Sunday.
- We also ask that you be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
YOU'LL THRIVE IF YOU ENJOY:
- Coordinating tee times and controlling the smooth and timely start of each group on the course
- Assisting with opening or closing golf shop responsibilities, including tee time confirmations and billing support
- Communicating clearly with the golf shop team to ensure accurate guest and cart classifications
- Maintaining a polished presence on the course - from retrieving range balls to keeping water and ice stocked, you're always moving with purpose

YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH FOR THIS COUNTRY CLUB GOLF STARTER ROLE, IF YOU:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 1+ years of experience, having country club experience is a plus!
- Basic understanding of computer operations
- Strong communication skills
- Possess a passion for delivering top-notch service
- Team player
- Ability to put your best foot forward and present yourself professionally
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and outdoors
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to handle repeated lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and a golf cart
