Compensation:

$125,500 - $285,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in generating and nurturing leads through proven systems to build a robust client base.
  • Participate actively in training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology and marketing tools to streamline your workflow and increase efficiency.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized real estate solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values in the Dallas-Plano-Irving area.
  • Support the team in organizing and hosting open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers and sellers.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration.
  • Proven track record of being coachable and eager to learn, with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with technology and marketing tools, with a willingness to adopt new systems and processes.
  • Understanding of the real estate market or a strong desire to learn about property values and trends.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
