Job Description
We are a well-established, upscale regenerative & medical aesthetics practice in the University Park in Dallas. We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA/RN) to join a highly skilled team. Our boutique practice is known for delivering natural, refined results using advanced injectable techniques, modern laser technology, and a comprehensive approach to long-term aesthetic care.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive consultations, including full-face assessments and long-term aesthetic planning
- Provide advanced injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, threads, etc.)
- Perform or assist with laser and skin-renewal treatments (e.g., microneedling, resurfacing, body contouring)
- Maintain exceptional safety, documentation, and clinical standards
- Participate in ongoing training to elevate technique and expand your skill set
- Achieve individual monthly performance goals and maintain strong consultation-to-treatment conversion
- Collaborate with marketing team to support educational and promotional content (comfortable on video is a plus)
- Perform Wellness IM & Subcutaneous Injections
- Administer IV Therapy
- Join patient-facing events, seminars, and in-practice education opportunities
Ideal Background
- 2+ years of hands-on injector experience in a medspa, dermatology, or plastic surgery environment
- Proven skill in assessing, planning, and delivering full-face injectable treatments
- Strong consultative approach with excellent patient communication and trust-building skills
- Business-minded with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Comfortable participating in marketing, social media, or patient education efforts
- Strong reputation or existing patient following preferred, but not required
- Willingness to work an occasional weekend day is a bonus
