Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Guide and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate ongoing training sessions to enhance the skill set of the sales team.
  • Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand market trends.


Requirements

Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus

Insurance experience is preferred, but not required

  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
  • Must be coachable
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage a marketing pipeline and sales funnel
