Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Guide and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Training and Development: Facilitate ongoing training sessions to enhance the skill set of the sales team.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand market trends.
Requirements
Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Must be coachable
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a marketing pipeline and sales funnel
- Desire to be active in the community and really help people navigate insurance needs
