We’re hiring a Mixer for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Escondido, CA. This is a hands-on role with a variable night shift schedule, typically between 11:00 PM and 4:00 AM, from Monday to Saturday. As a Mixer, you’ll be responsible for preparing food batches by accurately following recipes, handling heavy ingredients, and ensuring quality control. This is a vital position in our production process, requiring attention to detail, math skills, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Lift and dump 50 lb flour bags into mixing vats throughout the shift

• Read and follow SOPs for each product, ensuring accurate batch formulation

• Calculate ingredient quantities using basic math for multiple batch sizes

• Maintain control and accountability of all tools to prevent contamination

• Assist with loading/unloading molds, placing dough, moving racks, and general clean-up

Requirements:

• Experience or familiarity with food production processes

• Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

• Comfortable working at heights (for assignments on second-story platforms)

• Good attendance and willingness to work some weekends

• Must be bilingual (Spanish & English)
