JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to join their team. This candidate will be responsible for the following: Processing business refunds Researching outstanding balances Analyzing business accounts Processing refund packets up to senior management for approval Additionally, this candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Associates Degree or Relevant Experience Beginner to Intermediate Excel Be able to work into spreadsheets and create basic formulas Pivot Tables & V-Lookups are a plus Familiarity with Debits/Credits and working within Computer Systems Prior Customer Account/Service Experience Bilingual is a plus
Compensation:
$20/hr to $30/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
