We are looking for a full time Account Payable Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for daily ap transaction entry into Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely entry of all accounts payable transactions
- Credit card statement reconciliation and entry
- Job cost transactions
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
- Report analysis and findings to management team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Experience with Business Central accounting programs and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Onsite fulltime position in Sheridan WY
- Must be able to work in USA without sponsorship
