Job Description

Job DescriptionLHH is partnering with a real estate firm to identify a temporary to hire, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing the billing, collection, and receivables process, ensuring timely payment from clients, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of applicable experience and have professional communication skills. You will be reaching out to both internal and external customers. This position is fully onsite in the Bellevue, WA office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue invoices for properties, services, and other transactions in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts, ensuring prompt payment and resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Record and apply payments received to the appropriate accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Perform periodic reconciliations of accounts receivable balances to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries, account statuses, and payment arrangements.
  • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, including aging reports, collection forecasts, and progress updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions and customer accounts.
  • Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
  • At least two years of previous AR experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
