Key Responsibilities

Deliver Individualized Therapy: Conduct engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy sessions virtually for K12 students, both one-on-one and in small groups.

plete prehensive Assessments: Perform evaluations to identify speech, language, and munication needs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with best practices.

Develop and Implement IEPs: Create personalized goals and intervention plans based on each students strengths and needs, in pliance with state and federal guidelines.

Collaborate for Student Success: Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to student growth.

Document and Report Progress: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and updates for IEP meetings and pliance requirements.

Participate in Virtual IEP Meetings: Share professional insights and contribute strategies to help students achieve their munication goals.

Engage with Technology: Utilize secure teletherapy platforms and digital resources to deliver interactive, effective therapy experiences.
Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP)

Preferred: At least two years of experience in school-based settings

Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation

Excellent munication skills with a collaborative, student-centered approach
