We are seeking a client-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, excels in a dynamic environment, and can help clients navigate the unique insurance needs of the digital asset industry.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, delivering exceptional service and ensuring satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships across fintech, blockchain, and institutional markets.
- Manage policy renewals, coverage changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to resolve client issues promptly.
- Educate clients on coverage options and crypto-related risk management.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate client interaction records in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in account management, client services, or insurance brokerage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in insurance, fintech, or crypto/financial services preferred (but not required).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and currently reside within the U.S.
