Les Olson Company's Managed Print Services Specialist are experienced professionals with demonstrated ability to successfully serve all of the customers needs; that includes, page count gathering, addressing reporting issues, managing toner supplies, and grow current accounts and gain market share. Having an excellent reputation for providing outstanding service after the sale in a B2B, technology-based role, MPS Specialist help area businesses in their success by providing solutions to gain control of processes and costs, automate steps, boost productivity and improve document security and environmental sustainability. We are looking for regional players in the Las Vegas area.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering page counts for customers
  • Troubleshoots and corrects automated page count products (FM Audit, MICAS)
  • Manages toner closets to make sure correct amounts and types of toners are onsite
  • Management of printer service contracts
  • Integrate with sales team for lead generation as well as quarterly business reviews for cross sales
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities and pain points
  • Professionally present and demonstrate all product lines on a solution benefit basis
  • Perform fleet assessments and create reports and proposals for Managed Print opportunities
  • Educate and inform external and internal customers on program benefits
  • Perform post sale follow-up and account management
  • Apply knowledge of the document workflow, MPS industry, including changes, new developments & competition
  • Helps with toner deliveries as needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of business to business solutions sales or project management experience office technology industry experience preferred
  • Work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills with meticulous organization
  • Strong client-facing skills specifically working with executives, owners and or decision makers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sales Activity Management Systems
  • Valid Driver's License clean driving record
  • Consultative selling skills (optional)
