Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors professionally
- Answer and route phone calls promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and update attorney calendars
- Assist clients with inquiries and direct them to appropriate staff
- Perform administrative tasks (scanning, copying, mailing)
- Manage messages, follow-ups, and internal communication
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
- Professional phone etiquette and front-office presence
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Availability to work 12 PM – 9 PM and weekends
- Able to start immediately
