Teacher pay rate: $15-$20 per hour
Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service.

- Toddler Teacher Lead Teachers
- Toddler Teacher Assistant
- Infant Teachers
- Floater Teacher

Teacher Responsibilities:
· Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
· Create an engaging classroom where children can learn, play and grow.
· Support children’s social and emotional development.
· Foster learning through STEAM learning and the Creative Curriculum.
· Use our app to communicate and build relationships with families.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- CDA or EDU119 coursework required for lead teachers
- AA degree in ECE or a related field is preferred.
- At least 6 months experience in licensed childcare required
- Passion for working with young children
