Teacher pay rate: $15-$20 per hour

Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service.

• Two Yr. Old Teacher Lead Teachers
• Toddler Teacher Lead Teachers
• Toddler Teacher Assistant
• Infant Teachers
• Floater Teacher

• 251 7th St. Winston-Salem, NC 27101

Teacher Responsibilities:

· Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.

· Create an engaging classroom where children can learn, play and grow.

· Support children’s social and emotional development.

· Foster learning through STEAM learning and the Creative Curriculum.

· Use our app to communicate and build relationships with families.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CDA or EDU119 coursework required for lead teachers
• AA degree in ECE or a related field is preferred.
• At least 6 months experience in licensed childcare required
• Passion for working with young children
