Enterprise Account Executive – Health Systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on net-new customer acquisition.
- Develop and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Craft compelling sales strategies and drive urgency in deals in collaboration with leadership.
- Deliver persuasive product demos and clearly articulate platform value to potential customers.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product development.
- Manage and track activities in CRM, maintaining an accurate and healthy pipeline.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Contribute to building a high-performing sales culture and mentor new team members.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4–6 years of full-cycle, outbound sales experience in health tech.
- Proven success selling large, seven-figure deals to hospitals and health systems.
- Comfortable with long sales cycles and frequent travel for conferences.
- Driven “hunter” mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
